​Moving the Mind

Move your body, Calm your mind
Creativity, flexibility and self-reflection are becoming increasingly important qualities in our uncertain and fast-changing world. The good news is that you can train and develop these qualities.  Moving the Mind combines movement with Mindfulness. A powerful combination for positive change. Both movement and mindfulness are helpfull against anxiety and stress and increase resilience and flexibilty, as sciencific research shows.

I facilitate Walks​, teach Mindful Moving and Mindfulness. To help you develop a calmer mind and more joy in life. Fun, relaxation, slowing down and being in the here and now are central to my classes. Moving out of your head and into your body. But I also offer a safe environment to learn. About yourself, your patterns, your preferences, your relationship to others and alternative ways of reacting. Through mindful movement you can become a richer, a more free and happier human being who embodies creativity, flexibility and is familiar with playful forms of self-reflection.

Moving the Mind and the Corona-virus

All  my classes, workshops, courses and walks are aimed at 'being more in your body' and embodying what you learn. Online teaching is poorly compatible with this aim, so I do not teach online. My classes, walks and programmes have been adapted to the new situation. During all activities we abide the 1,5 meter distances rule. For inside classes there is a corona-protocol in place.  ​
