​Mindfulness and Moving

Mindful Moving is possible in different ways. Some of my classes are more technical in nature, with specific excersises (Easy Moving), in others free movement and dance is more pivotal (Movement Expression), or the emphasise is on being aware of the breath and mindfulness (Mindful Moving). In my 3 hour in-depth workshops, I am concentrating all my knowledge and experience.  As of spring 2021, I will start teaching de classic course Mindfulnes Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

​All classes aim to foster slowing down, relaxation and experiencing your body instead of living in your head. This is how you will develop more body awareness, mindfulness and self compassion. You don't have to be able to 'do' anything to participate. After all, everybody moves all the time. Everything is allowed, no movement is 'wrong' or 'right'. All are welcome. 
A participant: 'I notice that I have become increasingly flexible lately, not only in body but also in my thoughts.'

Easy Moving

​In these classes you will learn to move with more awareness, relaxation and ease. You will start to recognize your movement patterns and discover alternatives. 

Time: Wednesdays 18.15-19.30 and 20.00-21.15 hrs.

In-depth workshops

​​Three hour In-depth workshops, combining Movement, Dance, Play and Mindfulness.

Does moving, dancing and playing with total strangers not appeal to you? Then please use the contact form to ask me about a private workshop. Invite some friends (5 persons is a minimum) and choose a theme you like. 

Mindfulness

The classic 8-week course Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Acht classes of 2,5 hours.
