Mindful Walking Coaching

Are you struggling with life-questions or do you feel the need for 1 on 1 attention, than mindful walking coaching might be something you would like to try. Body and mind influence eachother mutually. Walking helps. Together we will make time for physical relaxation and contemplation, for movement in the fresh air and more clarity of mind. You narrate, I ask questions. But we will also walk in silence. You will be given clear and personal homework assignments. To stimulate reflection between walking sessions. Walking coaching will recharge you and put you in motion. 

A walking coaching trajectory starts with getting acquainted. During our first meeting we will take a look at your request for help. Maybe you want to learn to be mindful without sitting still or are interested in walking meditation. Maybe you want to get better at relaxing, are recovering from burn-out symptoms, or you got stuck somehow.

After the intake 5, 10 or more thematic walking sessions will follow. During our walks we will invest time and attention in your request for help. I have been trained in guiding people through movement, dance and play and I am being trained as a Laban Movement Analyst. Also, I am an experienced meditation and mindfulness trainer. The coaching trajectory is body-oriented and aligned with your needs. I work a lot with the senses, movement, mindfulness, walking meditation, breath and space. 

Time and place:

We will walk 1,5 hours maximum at a calm pace, after a short conversation or an excersis in mindfulness. Ik werk in the region The Hague. The exact place, day and time will be the result of mutual consultation. We will walk once a week or once every two weeks. Are you recovering from burn-out symptoms and has your doctor told you to walk? Then we will adjust the lenght of the walk to you energy level, and stay within your boundaries.
